Product Description

The secondary vacuum needle punching final sealing machine is mainly used for vacuum heat sealing of flexible packaging batteries; This machine automatically completes the aluminum plastic film coating of the battery by accurately controlling the vacuum chamber and pneumatic heat sealing components, Vacuum thermal packaging of shells
Features:
1.An electrolyte separation and treatment mechanism for recovering excess electrolyte;
2.Mechanisms or parts in contact with the electrolyte are treated with anti-corrosion treatment to ensure long-term and stable operation of the equipment;
3.The rack is assembled with profiles and sealing plates, with exquisite equipment and a compact and beautiful appearance. Imported bipolar insulation block is adopted, with good insulation effect and no fracture and parallelism bending phenomenon;
